These terms apply to every order placed on eastceram.com.

Orders and acceptance Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Prices are shown in USD and are calculated by our system at checkout.

Payment Payment is collected before an order enters production. If payment cannot be completed, the order is not placed.

Craft and variation Every piece is made and glazed by hand in our own kiln. Small differences in size, tone and glaze pattern are part of the craft, not a defect.
